Application Procedure
  1. Call 01915816652 to arrange a viewing (All viewings must be confirmed by prospective tenants on the day of viewing.)
  2. Complete the application form and pay the administration fee (non refundable).
  3. Provide 2 positive identification ( passport, driving licence, birth certificate or utility bill)
  4. Provide 2 positive references from employer, doctor, solicitor, accountant etc. (family references not accepted). References must contain the name, address and phone number of each referee.
  5. Provide your last three payslips.
  6. Pay the first months rent and deposit.
  7. Complete the direct debit form for the monthly payment of rent, and send to your bank.

There is a non refundable administration fee of £200 for single or joint application, payable by the prospective tenant.

All of our properties require a cash security deposit/bond, which is dependant on the property. Rent is payable one month in advance and the usual term is 6 to 12 months. 7 Simple steps and you could move straight into one of our superb rental properties.
