Home Information Pack (HIP)

It is illegal for a property to be sold without a valid HIP. Usually Jonathon Lewis will acquire this pack on your behalf, and you would be responsible for the cost. In the case that you, the seller, will be providing the HIP which can be acquired by you from an independent source, we must check and validate the pack before we can start marketing your property.
